		Name: Simon Fox Title: Chairman Biography: Simon Fox was appointed as Chairman of MAMA Group in March 2010 following completion of the successful takeover bid for the group by HMV Group plc. Simon was appointed to HMV’s board with effect from September 2006 and became Chief Executive Officer on 28 September 2006 and additionally Managing Director of HMV UK and Ireland on 1 February 2007. He was previously Chief Operating Officer for Kesa Electricals plc with responsibility for Comet in the UK, Kesa’s subsidiaries in continental Europe and e-commerce developments. Prior to his appointment as COO of Kesa, he was Managing Director of Comet, which he led through its demerger from Kingfisher. Prior to this he founded Office World, the UK’s first out-of-town office supplies retailer. He began his career as a graduate trainee at Security Pacific Bank and thereafter worked at Boston Consulting Group and Sandhurst Marketing plc.
		Name: Dean James Title: Chief Executive Biography: Dean is a qualified solicitor and holds a Master of Business Administration degree. Having completed his MBA in 1990 he joined Inchcape Plc and held the positions of deputy Chief Executive of Bain Hogg Europe and Group M&A manager for Inchcape. After leaving Inchcape he joined Ernst & Young as a strategy consultant before leaving to join the Mean Fiddler Music Group in April 2000, where he served as COO and CEO before its sale to Clear Channel in 2005. Dean joined MAMA Group in April 2005 and became Co-Chief Executive alongside Adam Driscoll upon completion of the takeover of Stonesthrow in December 2005. He became Chief Executive of MAMA Group following completion of HMV's successful takeover bid in February 2010.
		Name: Chris Pennie Title: Finance Director Biography: Chris was appointed to the Board as Finance Director on 18th February 2009. He is a CIMA qualified accountant and has a degree in Accountancy and Financial Management. Chris began his career with the Burton Group Plc where he qualified before moving to HMV Group Plc in November 1995. He held a number of senior finance roles within HMV Europe including Financial Controller of Ireland and Germany, Head of Commercial Finance and Head of Retail Finance. He moved to MAMA following the completion of the Mean Fiddler Group joint venture with HMV Group Plc.
