Biography:
Tom is a chartered accountant who retired as a partner of Andersen in 2002 after completing 32 years in practice. Tom became a non-executive director of MAMA Group Plc upon its original flotation in 2002 and stepped down along with the other non-executive directors upon completion of the reverse takeover of Stonesthrow in December 2005. Tom’s previous executive board appointments have included the role of the Finance Director of Benjys Group Holdings Limited from March 2002 to May 2004 and he became Finance Director of Channelfly plc in October 2004. Tom joined the board of MAMA Group Plc as Group Finance Director on 15 September 2006. Tom was until 2005 the chairman of the accounting standards sub-committee of the Quoted Companies Alliance, a position he held for 5 years.
On 31 July 2007, Tom became the Company Secretary of MAMA Group Plc.
