Biography:
Adam began his career in business publishing and in 1994 led the management buy-out of A4 Publications Limited from Storm Group Plc and became A4’s Chief Executive. A4 floated on OFEX in July 1997 and Adam continued to be its Chief Executive until November 1999, when he became its Chairman. A4 was acquired by the Galleon Group plc in 2002 at which time Adam left the board of A4. Adam co-founded Channelfly plc with Philip Murphy in May 1999. Adam was appointed as Chief Executive of Channelfly plc and its subsidiaries in November 1999 and jointly led the acquisition of that company by Stonesthrow in March 2003. Adam was appointed deputy Chairman of MAMA Group Plc when the Company floated on AIM in February 2002 and became Co-Chief Executive upon completion of the takeover of Stonesthrow in December 2005.
